1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FundiMatch. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including individual students, parents, teachers, institutions, and funding bodies.

2. Services

FundiMatch provides online psychometric assessment services, including:

• Personality, cognitive, and vocational assessments for students
• Assessment platforms and reporting tools for tertiary institutions
• Assessment integration services for funders and bursary providers
• Career guidance content and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be 13 years or older to create an account. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Consumer assessment payments are once-off and non-recurring.
• Assessments are delivered digitally. Once an assessment has been accessed and commenced, refunds are not available.
• If a technical fault prevents access to your purchased assessment, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
• B2B pricing is subject to separate commercial agreements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during assessments
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit assessment content or reports without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the FundiMatch platform, including assessments, reports, graphics, text, and software, is the property of FundiMatch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your assessment report is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or redistributed without our consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FundiMatch assessments are designed to provide guidance and insight. They are not a guarantee of career success, academic achievement, or employment. Assessment results should be considered as one input among many when making career and study decisions. We provide our services "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundiMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including decisions made based on assessment results. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Privacy

Your use of FundiMatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of FundiMatch after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
